Follow the Bouncing Cat

I love watching cats bounce around on tiptoe, fluffing out their tails, chasing each other–it’s all high spirits, isn’t it? (It’s hard to tell when your turtle is in high spirits. Cats make it easy for you.) I could use some of that energy.

  1. Cats are excellent at ballet. I have no idea why they do that, but it is fun to watch. They seem to crave a certain type of excitement. My cat, on occasion, will jump to the top of the kitchen cabinets, and peer down at me, as if I am some sort of intruder. I pretend to be frustrated by not being able to reached her, and she seems to really get a charge out of that game. They are funny creatures.
