The humans are indoors and not coming out, the dog is barking but he’s inside, too–well, heck, it’s a bear out there! Danger!
So it’s left up to the cat, of course, to run the bear off the property…

It’s amazing. Occasionally, deer will graze in my back yard and my cat gets quite excited, watching their every move. The deer are watching back, and it’s obvious that they do not want to tangle with her. Let’s see, 9 pounds versus 180 pounds, that’s pretty hilarious.
