Hats off to Danielle Smith!
Premiere Danielle Smith is leading Alberta in a fight for sanity, decency, and humanity–unveiling a new policy package that bans sex-change surgery and puberty blockers for children… and bans “trans women,” aka men, from competing in women’s sports (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/02/canadian-province-alberta-bars-children-sex-change-surgeries/).
Far Left Crazy is appalled. They thought they had Canada all wrapped up.
Alberta, at least, is coming to its senses. Let’s pray for other provinces to follow this example.
Yes, some encouragement for a change. All over Europe, farmers are revolting against this
attempt of the “elite” (I can think of better names for them), and they are really letting theirf voice be heard, as well as a lot of other things. Shows you can only push people so far.
Well, if they won’t do as they’re told, spring another Pandemic on them.
Maybe this will take hold.
Alberta elected the far left NDP and paid for it dearly. The problem is, so many from the typically Liberal/leftist eastern provinces moved to Alberta to get jobs, they’ve changed the demographics. They keep voting for the parties that wrecked the provinces they escaped.
Well, somehow Ms. Smith got in. You guys have got to keep her in office.
Oh, yes. Calgary and Edmonton have gone far left, but the rest of the province is still sane. Part of why the NDP got in was a combination of scandals in the Conservative party, and the media going full blast in slandering the only other conservative option as being full of homophobic bigots, based on the misrepresentation of a blog post by a pastor and candidate, written for his congregation, as portrayed by a gay activist. Most people never saw what he actually wrote, which was actually an excellent and insightful sermon.
Sounds like a drearily familiar pattern.
