One more nooze story, and that’ll be that.
Three teenagers in Spokane, Washington, have been arrested for “vandalizing” a “gay pride” mural on a public crosswalk (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/06/washington-teens-charged-felony-vandalism-leaving-skid-marks/)–and face up to ten years in prison for doing so.
What they did was to leave skid marks with their electric scooters. Ooooh! Trying to end Democracy! Or something. They are charged with first-degree malicious mischief.
Just one question:
What is it, exactly, that “gays” are “proud” of? I never quite got that. A whole month to crow about how “proud” they are.
When was the last time anyone was sent to prison for defacing a crucifix? (Hey, that’s two questions! another threat to Democracy!)
Meanwhile, the pro-Hamas rioters have vandalized cities and college campuses all over the country – and stormed the White House as well – without so much as a fine or even an arrest. And of course the J6 political prisoners are still languishing in DC dungeons for more than three years without a trial.
Yes, seems that the whole world is upside down. Saying “evil for good and good for evil,”
just as we were warned. Celebrating what God calls abomination.
Who exactly is behind the Pride Month celebration? They deserve imprecatory prayers. How about a one-hour recognition that they unfortunately exist among us.
They are a symptom of a civilization’s deep sickness.
I am reminded of what Gideon did. He threw down the altar of Baal by night.
Jury nullification is a real thing. Godly men and women on a jury could find those boys not guilty.
Let’s pray for that outcome.
