I’ve lost track of how many doctors are working on my case, and what each of them is supposed to be doing.
Today everything is all screwed up. Totally. My chemo pills are in transit somewhere. We don’t know when they’ll be available. I was supposed to pick them up today: no can do.
Notice how EVERYBODY in the cartoon is wearing a mask. That was a nationwide cock-up, too.
Anyway, tomorrow’s appointment is now up in the air, chemo was supposed to start tomorrow but maybe it won’t, radiation was supposed to start tomorrow but maybe it won’t… And is this just an example of “Too many cooks spoil the broth”?
Patty tried to fix this on the phone. Now both our heads are spinning.
That sounds about the same as usual. grrr frustrating. Just when we don’t need to be running all over the place- sure, run all over and waste time, fuel and patience.
I can’t believe how badly they screw this up.
This is getting all too common in our overly-complicated world. It’s like some dystopian SciFi story.
We just had a cyber-consultation. I am now a nervous wreck.
Take a deep breath. You’ll get through this, and you have a lot of people praying for you.
Meanwhile, I think I know now why cats climb trees and won’t come down.
I can relate. There are few trees, where I live, except Mesquite, which literally give me hives, but there are times I wish I could climb a tree and stay up there for a while.
