More Confusion

I called the hospital before and they told me that the surgery had gone well and that he would be going to a room.  I asked if it was the room he had been in and they said no–he had been moved to another unit.  I waited about half an hour and drove to the hospital.  It is very close to us, thank heaven.  I could not find a single parking space, so I came back home called them again and now they said he would be in Intensive Care and they would call me when he arrived there.

I would have been wandering the freaking hospital if I had not come home and called.

We have dealt with JFK Med Center many times before and it was really a lot better.  It does seem that lately the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

So I will sit here and wait until I get the call.

God bless everybody.

  1. Finding a parking place at our hospital is very difficult also since they are adding on the current building. If a person does find a parking place there is a shuttle that comes to escort to the proper building entrance. My wife claims DEI hires are the fault.

  2. I’ve experienced that confusion in our hospitals recently. It makes it do stressful for patients and their loved ones.
