Today was pretty hectic and busy–in a wait and see kind of busy (if that makes any sense).
Although I did not have to do too much myself, between my neighbor and I we are wrapping up the battery issue. The stress and aggravation he has saved me is priceless.
When you are newly widowed, you really do feel rather helpless and alone. In fact, I would not wish widowhood on the Premier of Red China. Do they still have a Premier?
It finally got sunny, but so late in the day I was too pooped to start anything. That happens a lot. I do run out of gas without a lot of effort. I think that may improve with time. I certainly hope so.
Will post more later.
God bless everybody
Patty
PS The dog in the picture is not my dog. I had a dog, his name was Dobie and this dog is an absolute ringer for him. Much more than a strong resemblance. An outright twin. He was one of the loves of my life–I will tell you sometime about the night he and I spent alone in the Adirondack wilderness. It was a real learning experience. He was about 22 pounds of love and energy.
I’m glad that you got the battery squared away.
Dealing with life, solo, can be daunting. All we can do is step from one day to the next to the best of our abilities. Beyond that, leave it in God’s hands.
Yes, the battery business was getting me down.
Cars can do that.
They have a gift for it!
Try dealing with over 100 computers, sometime. 🙂
I’ll pass on that, thank you.
They have a gift for it.
Why did that post twice? Oh well computers are fun, too.
As I posted above, answering your first reply. 🙂
