Part of my occupation is data security. Never, never believe that someone calling you is who they say they are, even if you recognize the voice. Dealing with your bank, or any other transaction that involves money, if you were not the initiator of the call, consider it a scam. If someone you do not know personally calls and starts asking questions, hang up.
