This British farmer explains what is wrong with the British way of handling food (and America, too)

This man is so right.  What is done in Britain is what is done in the US as well.  Many steps between the farm and the table.  Too many steps–. Listen to what he says.  The problem is not on the farm, it’s the processing that goes on after the food leaves the farm.
