This was literally all around us yesterday, but not here. We had a few sprinkles, but no real rain. Thank heaven for that. I think it would have been the last straw, the way I was feeling yesterday. Some of these places are a little far from us, but others are quite close.

That’s the impression I’ve always had of the place. Craziness! I saw YouTube suggestion about 15 cm hail in Italy. That’s 6” in Imperial terms, and bigger than any hail I’ve ever heard of.
