What should I call today?

Well, let’s see.

I could call it horrendous, or wretched, or just plain miserable.

First, I woke up after a good night’s sleep completely exhausted.  The kind of tired where every single thing is like pulling teeth.

I had to spend a lot of time today performing transactional therapy on my phone, because it had forgotten everything  it ever knew about messages.  I had to re-do the whole thing.  It works now, but it took up the morning.  I think my neighbor might have been sick, because when I called her to bump the bedroom project (which would have been a total impossibility, considering the way I felt) I got voice mail.

Also had a lot of problems finding content.

Tomorrow I will be spending some time watching documentaries about September 11, as I do every year.  That day must never be forgotten.  Sometimes, I feel like there’s so damn much to do, I don’t know what to even try to do first.

On that joyful note, I will close.

Have a good night, all.

See you tomorrow.

God bless everybody.

Patty

  1. I know, very well, that feeling of being dead tired, even after a night’s sleep. I’m beginning to think that there’s some weird effects from this flu that’s going around. I’ll have days when I feel awful, and other days when I feel great. Yesterday, I woke up and was tired all day. I never so much as left the house. Today, I took a bike ride, first thing, and feel pretty good. Who knows what tomorrow will bring.

    1. I know that in my case, there is almost no doubt that there is some sort of low grade respiratory infection behind this. My exercise for the day was some mowing, which can involve some serious exertion. Strangely, our monsoons are not ending and in fact, the next day with no rain predicted is 9/20, so any mowing I do will have to be repeated at least once before I’m done for the year. Hang in, things will get better.
