Sorry there were so few posts today, but I had some things that had to be addressed. I was still wiped out from the Verizon song and dance which ended up taking a lot of the day yesterday. It ran into the early evening and my body and brain kind of shut down around 4 o clock.
I even got a follow up call today from one of the techs at Verizon and he did not know about the *69 feature being incompatible with the system I have now. It truly is a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. Verizon had always been so good, and so professional–now it sounds like they are in free-fall.
And I have a ton of stuff stacked up for tomorrow.
One of the things I had wanted to cover today was a surprise Noreaster coming up the coast. It may affect us. That’s why I have to get those things done tomorrow. Including taking the car for a spin. I have decided that next week I will arrange to have my electrical system checked to see what is draining the battery. I hope that isn’t going to cost a jillion dollars.

The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, sometimes. I worked with VoIP systems for over 20 years, and as good as they are, they are different. Basically, what you have is a cell-phone, at least as far as the service is concerned.
Thursday and Friday will be iffy, for me. Lots going on.
