1. What a creep. Minnesota used to be a great place, with overall good moral character, but it has deteriorated to the point of being a place I tend to avoid. Obviously, we don’t know what was on those drives, but given his history, it’s pretty safe to guess that it’s related to his proclivities. Why was this man on the streets?

   2. From what I can tell, pretty much anything goes in the Gopher State, these days. I could imagine his background being ignored in the name o compassion.

   6. Minnesota has really changed since I lived there. Likewise for Colorado, which is all but unrecognizable, at this point.
