At least he got caught. I found it somewhat unclear as to whether he was fleeing or not, but it seemed like he was.

What a creep. Minnesota used to be a great place, with overall good moral character, but it has deteriorated to the point of being a place I tend to avoid. Obviously, we don’t know what was on those drives, but given his history, it’s pretty safe to guess that it’s related to his proclivities. Why was this man on the streets?
