Today was better than yesterday.
Did run into some aggravation, which always seems to happen in the late afternoon when I want to settle down. Verizon has gone mad. I think somehow they have expanded past their management capabilities. Last week I spent over an hour on the phone with them because I had gotten a bill that said I was past due. After an hour of talking to everyone in the company I was told I owed them nothing, in fact I had a small credit balance.
Fine.
This afternoon I got an email from Verizon telling me that the account was past due. Now I have to call them again tomorrow and start all over. I do not know the number of the account they are referencing (not that it matters) because they don’t send me all the numbers. When I talked to them last week I said I want a paper bill. I have not seen that yet.
This is really disheartening.
Now I have to think about what I’m having for supper. Usually by this time of the day, that’s all under control.
Well, at least today was better than yesterday.
