Not to be unjust, but I have yet another doctor’s appointment tomorrow and I’m beginning to feel gun-shy. I’ve been doctoring all year, and it’s getting me down. Besides, I couldn’t resist the picture displayed above.
True, I did have a bout of bronchitis in third grade that kept me out of school for a month. But only the first half of that was really bad. I wound up resting in bed, tinkering with my erector set and reading Robin Hood.
I don’t know what they mean to do to me tomorrow. I’m getting doctored out.
If I’m home on time I’ll bring you up to speed.
