Sing It Loud! The Mighty Power of God

I Sing the Mighty Power of God–this is one of my all-time favorite hymns, and I make no apology for posting it again.

Everybody, come on! Everybody! What would happen if all Christians sang, or prayed, or called out Jesus’ name, at once?

This page is open to all readers to suggest hymns. So far, only a few of you have taken advantage of it. I can count you without running out of fingers.

Just now, at the church across the street, they’re playing bagpipes (must be a funeral), which makes the cats growl and run upstairs to hide under the bed. So they’re not asking me for hymns, either.

  1. Thank you, Lee. This may be a favorite of many of us.

You may have missed this the other day, so here it is again: ‘I Know Whom I Have Believed’ by Marshall Hall – very uplifting.

And since Robbie and Peep don’t sympathize when you’re not feeling well, the least they could do is suggest a hymn now and then 🙂 And how are you feeling? Back to normal, I hope. And what about your blood pressure? The world situation certainly doesn’t do any favors for a person’s well-being.

    1. I could just sit down and weep for my country, sometimes–or go out and make war. And my pressure is through the ceiling. *sigh*

    2. You’re not alone in that, my friend. Every night I talk to Father God about this evil world we live in. Sometimes I even ramble on and on to Him. His Will be done – on earth as it is in heaven.

Meanwhile, please try to take care of yourself.
