Hymn, ‘Who is This that Cometh from Edom?’

Thanks to Susan, for suggesting this hymn for the day, Who is This that Cometh from Edom?

If you can’t make out the words as sung (I often have trouble with that), they are taken from Isaiah 63. Here is the first verse.

Who is this that cometh from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? this that is glorious in his apparel, travelling in the greatness of his strength? I that speak in righteousness, mighty to save.

  1. Thank you, Susan and Lee. This is an especially interesting Scripture. The songs from Scripture are always good to hear.

  2. Beautiful! Thank you. I always love the scripture hymns, too. And it’s a very serene hymn, as well.
