This great horned owl was badly injured by a passing car, rescued and nursed back to health by this man at the shelter. See the bond that has joined them. Who knew an owl could love so beautifully? God’s stuff: it always works, and it’s always good for us.
P.S.–Does anybody know the name of that haunting piece of music in the background?
That was quite touching. Animals seem to know when and appreciate when they are being cared for. I know that my rescued cat is exceptionally affectionate.
I can’t name that tune, but it’s a well known classical piece. I’m thinking Mozart, but I could be mistaken.
