Bible Contradiction? When did the transfiguration occur?

Our friend and fellow servant “SlimJim” resolves another supposed Biblical “contradiction.”

I’ve seen many Bible movies, but none of them ever attempted to depict the Transfiguration. I wonder why not.     –LD

For today’s post we will tackle the question the Skeptic Annotated Bible asked: When did the transfiguration occur?

Here are the two answers which the skeptic believes indicate a Bible contradiction:

Six days after Jesus foretold his death.
