I didn’t have a hymn request when I opened the blog today, so for the time being I went with the first hymn that came into my head–Revive Us Again, a classic from 1863. I just love this rendition of it by Nathan and Lyle, in Denton County, Texas.

Say! Do you know of any Christmas hymns in Japanese, played on traditional Japanese music instruments? I’ll bet that would be interesting.
I found this video that has Japanese people performing Christmas songs on traditional Japanese instruments. At 8 minutes, they will play “Joy to the World” and “Silent Night”.
