‘It Is Well with My Soul’

Businessman Horatio Spafford wrote this hymn after losing most of his wealth, his son in the Chicago Fire, and his four daughters in a shipwreck: It Is Well with My Soul (1876), sung by Acapeldridge (in four-part harmony with himself).

  1. This is a wonderful rendition of one of my favorites. I love harmony singing, and this is so extraordinary.

  2. Indeed. God is provider of all good things. The fact that others use the same technology for sinful purposes does not preclude the use for the glory of our God.
