Well, at least they don’t answer the phone…
Oddly enough, I’ve never lived in a home that had a mail slot, so none of my cats ever had the opportunity to go postal over the post. I wonder if this would be a credible excuse for skipping jury duty: “The cat ate my notification.”
haha. I never had one of these mail slots either, but even if I did, I would try to discourage the cat from getting involved.
I wonder of this somehow triggers a cat’s territorial instinct. Either that, or they know it’s harmless and are just having a bit of sport.
The things cats choose to attack always puzzle me. Printers, mails slots, and the feet of their owners if they dare move them while under the blankets.
Cats just wanna have fun!
