I don’t think I’ve posted this good old hymn in a while–Shall We Gather at the River?, performed by Nathan and Lyle, with family and friends, in Denton County, Texas.
This kinda reminds me of friends who live in southern Idaho. The husband is suffering from Parkinson’s now and when they have their Bible study meetings, he can no longer speak, but he can sing along while she and some others play instruments.
Prayers for you friend in Idaho.
I wish I had been raised by a musical family. I’m the only who sings. Authentic is a good word to describe this video. I would like to request “Nearer My God to Thee.” I imagine Nathan & Lyle sing that one occasionally.
I’ll look for it.
