Question: You know how balloons stick to things, because of static electricity? Well, if a balloon pops, will its remains still stick to things? If not, why not? I don’t happen to have any balloons handy, or I would experiment to find out.
An exploding balloon makes me jump much worse than it does the cats.

I wish I knew the answer to your question. Somehow, I don’t think that the popped balloon would still stick to things, but I can’t think of why that would be.
