If I could do one thing as well as a cat does it, I think it would be to climb (that, or pointedly ignoring people, which they do very well). Look at that assortment of climbing styles and techniques!
King Victor Emmanuel VII used to watch cats climb. It usually made him laugh hysterically and then faint.
That first cat was pretty intrepid. They really are amazing animals.
