Patty’s at JFK hospital just now, undergoing hernia surgery; and the hospital being only ten minutes away, I thought I’d wait at home. Four hours, we’re told. And then everything will be tickety-boo.
Thank you all for your prayers, and please keep them coming. I won’t breathe easy till she’s back in my car and lusting for the coffee she’s had to do without since Monday. “Wine, too,” the doctor agreed.
I’m sure it will be fine. Surgery has improved vastly and the risks of anesthetics are much less than they used to be. Sit tight and keep a positive outlook. Soon, this will all be over, and it will have all been for the good.
Prayers continue, and just waiting for update.
I hope I’ll have one this afternoon.
Welcome back, Erlene! How’s your health now?
Praying for your recovery. I am overseas.
Where are you? Just curious.
I’ll say after I get back for security purposes
