Cats will insist on investigating the bathtub; and they’re always freaked out when they slip and fall in. I’ve never had to give any of my cats a bath. My sister had to give my iguana a bath, but he was a good sport about it.

Cats and water are the very definition of a love/hate relationship. Inevitably, they go too far and fall in.
My cat has never been bathed, unless the breeder did so when she was very young. She stays very clean, which is strange, because she doesn’t groom herself constantly, as many cats do.
