[Thanks to Susan for the nooze tip.]

Ooh-ooh, it’s The Big Iconic Game! And if you want to join the revels in person, here are some of the ticket prices (https://www.cbsnews.com/news/how-much-super-bowl-2024-tickets-prices/). Please bear in mind that the prices change frequently as the iconic game date nears. Iconically. There’s also a lottery to select who can buy a ticket.

Here are today’s prices for the iconic game between the Buttzville Jidrools and the Fong City Earwigs, starting with the lowest:

$2,000 (that didn’t last long)… $6,500… $8,600… and on top of the heap, $45,000… yes, we said 45 thousand smackers. The prices can always go up some more, so you’d better hurry if you want a ticket.

(I wonder what Dante would’ve said about this. Just askin’.)

(Somebody says I got the team names wrong. I don’t care.)

  1. A friend of mine’s daughter bought a Taylor Swift concert ticket for $500 but when she couldn’t go at the last minute was able to sell it for $1200 – how insane is that? Swift claims to be a Christian but the stage she performs on looks like an altar to Satan. Swift says being for abortion is a Christian value. No wonder the Biden campaign team wants her endorsement for 2024.

  2. It’s idolatry. I’m not against the game, and have been known to watch football on tv when visiting with friends, but I’m not about to part with four-figures to attend any game. I have a neighbor, right now, working seven days a week, in order to make ends meet, and I’d think that helping out someone in need would be a much better use of such money.
