Politics is tiresome. Politics in 2024 is especially tiresome. Still, I suppose I have to say something.
Saul Alinsky taught Democrats to be first in line accusing their opponents of doing the very things that they themselves were doing. In context of 2024, that means Democrats are all over the place warning America that Donald Trump is going “to steal the election!” (See, for example, https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-features/biden-trump-stop-steal-election-2024-1234993149/).
This is also called “projection”–blame the other guy: people might forget you did it first.
When are they going to accuse Trump of trying to have his political opponents tossed into prison? I’m guessing “within seconds of his taking the Oath of Office.” Meanwhile, the Democrat hand-fed “news” media insist, Donald Trump “has been working for years to pre-rig our 2024 election.” All at the same time as he’s being “investigated” by ten thousand Far Left creeps!
We have already heard the whole chorus of “Donald Trump’s a threat to our democracy!” It will be repeated incessantly.
These are not nice people. They should not be governing us.
The battle for the presidency between Biden and Trump is similar to that between Saul and David. Re-read that Biblical account and it is an amazingly parallel pattern. Or look at 2024 as two presidents who have both served for one term and whose term were better off in.
It never ends. I pray for this nation, daily.
