‘Another Brilliant Idea! “Predictive Policing”‘ (2019)

In jail just visiting monopoly hi-res stock photography and ...

Wouldn’t it be great if government could toss you into prison before you committed any crime?

Well, they’re working on it!

Another Brilliant Idea! ‘Predictive Policing’

I have come to believe that government’s great mission is to enslave the human race. Our Founding Fathers tried to create a republic where every citizen would be safe from being devoured by the government–tried, and made a wonderful effort. But human greed, folly, vice, and wickedness continue to erode the structure that they left us in the Constitution.

Oh, if only crimes could be punished before they were committed!

Ta-dah! [Trumpet fanfare]

Artificial Intelligence says we can!

Bring out the guillotine.

  1. Oh, yes, they who are more brilliant than the rest of us (basket of deplorables) are working toward controlling everything and everybody. They do not see that they are a BIG part of the problem.

  2. Several of our Founding Fathers expressed doubt that the republic they set up would last very long – and in a way they were right. They were most likely thinking in terms of the slavery issue more so than the Federal Reserve System of 1913.

  3. That is similar to the 2002 movie, “Minority Report.” It stars Tom Cruise as Precrime chief John Anderton, and Colin Farrell as Department of Justice agent Danny Witwer.

There are elements of tech noir, whodunit, science fiction, mystery, and thriller genres, and a traditional chase, woven, throughout the complicated story plot. I really liked this movie.

There are a few elements we don’t have, as they did in the movie (you will have to watch the movie to find out what they were). And even with those elements, it still didn’t work out real well.

    1. We’d really have to break a lot of existing laws, to do this. And say bye-bye to the Constitution. But then libs did that a long time ago.
