I wonder how you keep up with baby goats: they have an awful lot of energy. They seem playful. I hope they don’t grow out of it.

They do grow out of it, but not totally.
There used to be some goats down the street from me. I watched one grow from being quite small to about a year old. It used to get its horns stuck in the fence, and after effecting a rescue, I had a true friend who would gallop up to the fence as soon as it heard me coming, greet me, and lick my hand.
There were several goats there, and they were all friendly, cute critters, but I don’t doubt for a second that any one of them would have butted me, had I entered their enclosure.
Our God sure put a sense of fun in that species.
Yep, that is goats for you. Mostly, they just look for somebody to feed them some goodies after they grow up a bit.
