This is one of those days that feels like being stuck in a revolving door that doesn’t want to revolve.
My 10:45 doctor’s appointment this morning wasn’t over until noon, we’ve only just got back. (Got there early, too! More fool us.) And now I’ve got the hospital at 3:00. No hope of grocery-shopping today.
The sun is out! But it’s not hot. I’ve got to get some fresh air time. I should be wrapping up the climax of Ozias, Prince Enthroned, but so far that is not happening.
The doctor wants to know if I’m depressed. [Uncontrolled hysterical laughter]
Look, let me have a cigar in peace and see what else I can try to write today. Tomorrow should be better.
Just take it one task at a time. We understand. And just think of the suspense you’re creating. Why, Violet Crepuscular may have to cede the Suspense Crown to you!
Kidding aside, we’re all praying for you.
Thanks, we need it!
We are told by our Lord Jesus to pick up your cross and follow Me – you my friend have been given a heavy one at this time. Your Blog brothers and sisters are praying for you.
I know–and I give thanks for that.
