The, um, “shot” heard ’round the world (per The Hindustan Times)
It’s one of the most tiresome features of any national election campaign: Geeky Democrat candidate trying to impersonate a regular person.
Remember when it was John “Lurch” Kerry drawling, “Kin I git me a huntin’ license?” Didn’t he still have the price tags dangling from his huntin’ duds?
Now it’s Tampon Tim Walz, rounding up human beings to vote for him and Kacklin’ Kamala by pretending to go pheasant hunting. (Did he think they said “peasant”?) He brought along an entourage of “reporters” and assorted gofers. At first he forgot to bring a gun on his hunting expedition, so they had to find one for him and he had the devil’s own time trying to figure out how to load it.
Why are we governed by these people? We should be ashamed of it. Millions of us vote for these ninnies. They don’t know whom or what they’re voting for. They’re like zombies. They won’t ask who’s pulling their candidates’ strings. They don’t care. They see the “D” after the name and that’s all they need to know.
God protect us. We’ve forgotten how to protect ourselves.
It’s become nothing but theater.
