He does the impossible. Why can’t “they”?
Oh, yeah, you’d love to see certain things done, they’d be so good for America, if only we could do them… But of course those things are impossible, quixotic, a dream…
And then Donald Trump gets up in the morning and does some of them.
Remember when DOGE, the Dept. Of Government Efficiency, was impossible? Heck, that was only weeks ago. And since then, DOGE has uncovered so much government waste, Trump is contemplating refunding 20 percent of their tax payments to some 79 million households in America–to the tune of $5,000 apiece (https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2025/02/trump-announces-he-is-considering-giving-20-doge/).
Another 20 percent, the president says, could be used to pay down our country’s mammoth national debt.
Meanwhile, DOGE is saving the American people a billion dollars a day. All from cutting out frivolous, unhelpful, silly, and a few downright malicious anti-America capers within the government–STUFF WE REALLY DON’T NEED, AND NEVER DID! But we were told, over and over again, by those sages in Washington D.C., that it’s too bad, too late, it’s impossible to turn back the tide of government expenditure–no use trying!
But Donald Trump has proved them wrong.
This is really outstanding. Amazing things can happen when government does the right thing.
Trump sort of does it in spite of government.
To quote Reagan: government is not the answer, government is the problem.
And how they hated him for that!
Great news President Trump and his helpers are doing great things.
I’m so grateful that God raised up Mr. Trump. Since the assassination attempts on his life, Mr. Trump is more focused on doing what he feels that God wants him to do.

Thank God that in spite of any man who is in authority of the people God is still in control! Thank God that He has given us a respite under President Trump!
