Today is Palm Sunday, marking Our Lord Jesus Christ’s triumphant entry into Jerusalem. Not a day to be down-hearted! Not a day to wring one’s hands and think the ungodly are winning.
Yes, there’s a lot of crazy crapola in our modern world. But it will not prevail.
We have God’s word on it!
At the end of the day, it comes down to defiance, and the truly irrational notion that we have reached some peak of enlightenment, just recently, and that all in the past is now an open season target. It’s a manifestation of the same defiance which is behind all resistance to God.
But they don’t like it if you defy them!
