At least we know what they consider holy
A Swedish priest is under fire for refusing to wear “rainbow vestments” designed to, uh, “celebrate” the sin of sodomy (https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/4331041/posts).
Actually, though, he’s getting a lot of support from social media users world-wide. The embattled pastor says the church has no business getting caught up in “momentary political trends and sexual advertising.”
It reminds me of another “crisis” in the Swedish Church, a few years ago, when a lesbian “pastor” (God help us) ordered all the crosses taken down because they didn’t represent “other faiths.” Then she put up signs pointing the direction to Mecca.
You blocks, you stones, you worse than senseless things…
So it’s one priest, Father Hakan Persson, against the fallen world. While we’re waiting to see what God does, let’s pray for this pastor.
A shame that such a simple, correct choice is a rare one. Good for him.
Love all the hymns. Here’s my favorite. Play this one at my funeral, will you?

I hope we have to wait a long time for that!
But I’ll post this tomorrow without a funeral.
Prayers for that Swedish priest. It is sad because the rainbow colors are a sign from God, like the sign of a dove for Noah and Jesus.
Why must we celebrate everyone else’s lifestyle? I treat other with respect, even if I’m not onboard with their way of life, but I’m not celebrating things I don’t want to practice.
