The title says it all, that’s what I did most of today. I watched weather reports from around the country. This really did turn out to be the large storm that was predicted.
Here the snow has turned to ice pellets (not happy about that). I just hope it does not turn into freezing rain. The weather gurus say that is a possibility.
We will be having the bitterly cold (for us) temperatures again, also.
I did talk to my brother in law who lives in a rural part of Pennsylvania. He has a nice close-to-nature home and has sent me some marvelous wildlife pictures.
Well I am now going to stir my chili and watch a little YouTube while it cooks.

The snowstorm finally passed on through here in Arkansas. Everything is sure pretty, but it is too cold to enjoy being outside in it. My residential street has been silent for two days – too much ice on the roads under the inches of snow for anyone to venture out. The county gov’t called and they are closed tomorrow along with the public school system.
At least it will be nice and quiet.
Hopefully the worst is over.
