I really was busy all day today–one thing and another. I got out to the store very early. Thankfully, no police officer stopped me for the outdated inspection sticker. That is a hefty fine I assume.
Tomorrow I will drop the car off for inspection.
I have a few things lined up for tomorrow–hopefully they will get done (or mostly done).
A great deal warmer today. Not warm, but warmer than it has been.
Now I will go start my supper.
God bless everybody.

This is Boo and Snoopy on their special orthopedic dog mattress. Will tell you about Snoopy tomorrow. He is the most recent member of my daughter’s pack.
Arkansas used to have vehicle inspections, but everybody hated them so finally they changed the law.
It’s a moneymaker for NJ so they will never get rid of it.
We had that in Colorado at one time, and essentially became a scam.
New Jersey loves hidden and not hidden taxes.
In Colorado, the inspections were licensed to service stations, and there were scams which could be employed to sell suspension ball-joint replacements, etc. Basically, the people doing the inspections stood to profit from any problems they uncovered, or claimed to uncover. A classic conflict of interest.
Typical, sadly.
Law of unintended side effects.
