You all have noticed that I do a lot of posts about animals being rescued. I do not show any posts about animals that are clearly distressed, hurt, or abused. That is because a lot of those are fake, and animals are actually being hurt. It is totally sickening, so that’s why you don’t see that.
However, there is another issue–I will go to post a story and it will seem familiar–often it turns out that the story has been “stolen” from another site like The Dodo (which is completely reliable) and re-labeled for some other outfit that I’ve never heard of. This is more common than you think. It just adds to the time and effort that have to be spent to bring you real content.
Why are people so despicable?
I’m sure that money is at the bottom of it–it usually is.
Anyhow, I just wanted to let you know that I am working very hard at “keeping it real” as the saying goes.

Sadly, YouTube has carried on the tradition of at times being the vast wasteland which is how former FCC Chairman Newton Minow described broadcast television, back in 1961. There is a lot of good content on YouTube, but lots of hijacked content, misinformation and AI Slop.
So I thank you for your efforts and especially appreciate that you strive to keep tales of abuse, etc. out of the picture. There are many sad animal stories, and I can’t bear some of what is out there.
I will always do that.
