It sounds like he had a rough past and had just given up, entirely. Looks like a nice fellow, now that he’s had some care.
I thought I had gotten rid of the second posting. That happens some time..it will duplicate. Yes he is a sweet boy who looked older than his years.
Probably a rough, out of doors life.
