Yes, today was atrocious and I don’t know why.
I am not sick, nor sore. I don’t have a fever. I had a good night’s sleep last night. I am eating properly. I don’t have headaches, nor indigestion.
I just felt crappy all day, everything I tried to do was almost impossible and I was generally down.
There’s a lot here that’s still not under control and that’s frustrating me.
I have absolutely zero ambition.
My neighbor, who lost her husband four years ago, did say to me that I shouldn’t expect things to be right. Not for a while. Her husband was killed in an accident on his electric bike. What a shock that was.
I think I’ll go and start my supper now.
