Today was much, much better than yesterday. Not tip-top, but much better.
That alone is a blessing.
I resorted to my old breathing techniques–from many years ago–, and some other relaxing techniques which really helped. Those practices stay with you (sort of like riding a bicycle) and you can call them up again. Now my next challenge is picking a new prescription drug plan. The one I picked last year turned out to be far more expensive than necessary. You better believe I won’t make that mistake again.
At least I’m getting back to business.
Have a good night, all.
See you tomorrow.
God bless everybody.
Patty

Glad to hear that things are better. I’ve employed similar breathing exercises, myself.
And indeed, it’s nearly open enrollment for Medicare time, once again. My insurance agent is very sharp, and I usually rely on her judgment, in such matters.
Last year my mind just couldn’t focus–it was too close to Lee’s passing. This year I’ll do a little better.
It will get better.
My head is much clearer.
That’s good.
