I Don’t Do Nooze on Sunday

Away with the nooze! Here’s a nice happy turtle instead.

Cleaning out the email this morning, we found a startling report: Far Left Crazy Maxine Waters, it said, has been “voted off the island.” That is, removed from her seat on the House Committee on Financial Services.

Well, that’s good news!

Except that it isn’t true.

Marjorie Taylor Green, whom no one on Capitol Hill listens to because the nooze media have declared her radioactive, has introduced a resolution to have Waters kicked off the committee–“for inciting violence against the United States.” Which in a way she has… but since when has that troubled any Democrat?

So the story isn’t true, it never will be true, House Democrats will never vote a Democrat off any committee no matter what he or she has said or done.

It was just a cheap trick to get us to donate some money to some political committee, I forget which one. Probably two-thirds of the emails that we get are from politicians schnorring for funds. It’s very tiresome. And look what they’ve allowed to be done to our country in just a year and a half. Have they earned contributions?

So that’s a reason, one of several, that I don’t do nooze on Sunday.

Gee, I miss my turtle.
