Thank you, faithful readers, for pushing this humble blog over the 5,000-views-in-a-month mark for the first time in its history. Not even ichiro Suzuki has 5,000 hits! Not even counting the 1,200+ he got in Japanese baseball.
Hard on the heels of 5,000 hits, the new comment contest is approaching the finish line. I wonder if Ichiro ever reads this thing. He’s about to get 3,000 hits in American baseball. I dare him to get 2,000 more.
