Judge Awards Damages to Congregation Arrested During Lockdown

Posted By: leeduigon(patty)Posted On: July 25, 2023

Here’s another bit of good news showing us what can and should be done to avoid a repetition of the massive violations of our civil liberties in which government indulged during the 2020 COVID lockdown.

Idaho Christians Are Compensated $300,000 for Rights Violations

You know they’re going to try it again, mail-in ballots and all; and we fear that 2024 may be our last chance to get an honest national election.

In a small city in Idaho, police arrested members of a church congregation who had met outside to sing hymns. They never should have been arrested in the first place, ruled the judge, and awarded them $300,000 in damages.

This must not be permitted to happen again. World-wide, governments pounced on the chance to put their people under virtual house arrest. Here in America, the wannabe tyrants must be called to account for what they did. You don’t get to suspend the Constitution every time there’s any kind of “crisis”!

Let’s see what kind of “emergency” they come up with next year–and be prepared to blow it out of the water. These people must all be uprooted from their seats of power: they have lost any right they ever had to it.
