Fanny Crosby: ‘Take the World but Give Me Jesus’

If we posted a different Fanny Crosby hymn here every day, it would take us over 20 years to run out of them. After all, she wrote between 8,000 and 9,000 hymns, depending on who’s counting.

Including this one, Take the World but Give Me Jesus, performed by Hal Leonard and the Shawness Press Church Choral.

I did stumble over a rock version, but that made me appreciate this one all the more.
