Note to Chick-fil-A: Appeasement Will Not Work

Who’s disappointed in Chick-fil-A for announcing that it won’t contribute any more aid to the Salvation Army and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes? (https://www.christianpost.com/voice/a-christian-appeal-to-chick-fil-a.html)

See, those two Christian charities were–according to “LGBT activists,” and you know how trustworthy they are!–“anti-LGBT” and therefor undeserving. Indeed, the “LGBT activists” praised Chick-fil-A for severing connections with these “haters,” although more, they said–it’s always more–“needs to be done.”

Has any sodomite in need been booted out of a Salvation Army shelter because they found out he was a homosexual? Come on, then–show us one.

But you have to learn the language. In gayspeak, anyone who’s not them, or at least 100% obedient to them, is “anti-LGBT” and has to be smacked down.

Folks at Chick-fil-A are probably tired of dealing with endless nagging and protesting and cursing from “LGBT activists.” So they’re gonna give in, and cut their ties with two major, mainstream, thoroughly respectable Christian charities because they think it’ll get the “LGBT activists” off their backs. They’re tired of the war, and so they’ve chosen shame.

They will get, in Churchill’s phrase, both war and shame.

Let’s embrace the war, and win it. Or do we want “LGBT activists” telling us what to do, the rest of our lives?

Chick-fil-A, millions of Americans would have stood with you, if you’d stood with the Salvation Army and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. You have made a grievous error, and it will cost you. Repent before it’s too late to control the damage.

Yes, I read about their cave-in, and am very disappointed. I thought they were on the last bastion list. Well, wrong again. What a shame.

Add another Christian entity to the downward slide of apostasy. So disappointed, doesn’t anyone preach the fearful truth, “Friendship with the world is hatred toward God”?
Brethren, let’s stand on His word and be unashamed at His soon return!

Right on, Lisa. Come out of Babylon is the word to us as believers. The failure to do so will be very costly. As the world grows darker, we are to be the light.

I’m amazed that they did this. They have to right to donate to whomever they want. This will do them no good.

I am also disappointed! And it won’t work, anyway. The left crazies will still hassle them–it’s what they love to do. But now Chick-fil-a has upset their core supporters who have been defending them and keeping their business profitable all this time. Giving in to the whims of evil may sometimes be the path of least resistance, but it never goes anywhere good.

It’s ironic – Kanye West’s new album “Jesus Is King” has a song on it called “Closed On Sunday” praising Chic -fil -A, and at the same time they cave to the LGBT. My wife told me it is because the owners children have taken over the business, kind of like what is happening with the Fox News cable channel.
