Cat Burglar at Work

Now, Kitty! We humans put your squeaky catnip mouse in the cover for a reason–to keep it away from you. Because we’re tired of stepping on it! We know it’ll be perfectly secure in the cupboard because cats don’t have hands and anyway, we humans are, like, a thousand times smarter than cats…

    1. I wonder how many readers will get to see this video. Our computers have been haywire all day–owing to some “Internet outage” that I don’t understand. But I’m glad you enjoyed it, Phoebe.

I once lived in a house where the cat used to open the refrigerator and throw food down to the dog.

  1. I won’t mention any names, but there’s a certain feline in my house that thinks every cupboard was installed solely for her use. Shen can open most of them in real time.

    1. I had to put childproof locks on all the drawers in my bathroom cupboard to keep my own feline companion from opening the lower drawers and nestling in behind them. Don’t ask. I have no idea why he wanted to do that. But now I have to use both hands to undo the fasteners on those drawers to get at the contents myself. Come to think of it, maybe that’s why he did it, i.e., to watch me have to struggle to do something he used to do so easily.

  2. LOL, I have child locks on my cabinets is my kitchen and bathroom because my Female Cat Patches tries to open all y cabinets, she found out she cannot get into them!!

    Love Always, YSIC \o/
