  1. That’s amazing. It goes to show that our Creator is not bounded by rules of taxonomy or human understanding. Genesis talks about “kinds”, which is entirely different from species. Creation Scientists would place kinds at roughly the level of family, in the terms of taxonomy. So, God can, and obviously did, create a “kind” that defied the rules. An egg-laying, fur-bearing, aquatic mammal with poisonous spurs and a duck bill. It sounds like something from an absurd comedy sketch, such as Monty Python.
