I always enjoy listening to Burl Ives. His voice is not only easy on the ears but also clear and easy to understand for Old Lady Ears. 😉
I’ve loved listening to Burl Ives sing since I was a little boy and I first heard him sing “Jimmy Crack Corn.”
Burl Ives did it all – sang, played musical instruments, and acted in top Hollywood movies back in the day. Ask a young person who he is and they will have search the Net.
Didn’t he get one or two Oscar nominations for his film acting?
